1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express Shipping Options at Checkout.

  • Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We Currently Ship To All Approval Countries.

  • For International Orders, Please Note that you may be responsible for duties and taxes (VAT, customs) once the order reaches your country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We Are Not Responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect address information.

  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for updates.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
